At State Side Craft (operated by STATESIDECRAFT LLC), we take great pride in creating custom embroidered aprons, shirts, and kitchen apparel. Because our products enter a scheduled embroidery and preparation queue quickly, we have established clear guidelines regarding order changes and cancellations.

1. The 24-Hour Window

You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of purchase at no additional charge.

  • Eligible Modifications:

    • Updating the shipping address

    • Changing sizes, colors, or apparel styles

    • Updating item quantities

    • Complete cancellation for a full refund

2. How to Request a Cancellation or Modification

To change or cancel your order within the 24-hour window, please contact our support team immediately:

  • Required Information: Include your full name, order number, and the exact changes or cancellation request details in the body of the message.

3. Orders After the 24-Hour Window

Once 24 hours have passed from your purchase timestamp:

  • Your order enters our active embroidery production line (processing time: 3 to 5 business days).

  • At this stage, we can no longer cancel, alter, or redirect your order, as custom embroidery work and fabric allocation have already begun.

  • Once your package arrives (transit time: 5 to 8 business days), you may initiate a return or exchange in accordance with our [Return & Refund Policy] within 30 days of delivery.

4. Cancellation Refunds

  • When an order cancellation is approved within the 24-hour window, a full refund will be processed back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card via Shopify Payments).

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
